Frequently asked questions
Do we need to own a piano right away?
While having an instrument at home is highly recommended for practicing between lessons, you do not need a grand piano to start! A basic starter electric keyboard with weighted keys is perfectly fine. We are happy to provide recommendations on affordable starter gear once you book your trial.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. We believe our lessons speak for themselves. After your 50% off trial month, tuition is billed month-to-month. You can pause or cancel at any time with a simple 30-day notice.
What if my child misses a lesson?
We know kids get sick and schedules get crazy. As long as you provide 24 hours’ notice, we offer flexible make-up credits that you can easily schedule through our online portal.
Can parents sit in on the lessons?
Yes! We have an open-door policy. You are welcome to sit in on the lesson, or you can relax in our comfortable waiting area while your child learns.
